DMD Clinicians

As a clinician you are in the privileged position of being able to help people with DMD and BMD.

We will ensure that clinicians will play a significant role when any researchers using the DMD Registry identify participants for clinical trials or treatments. If researchers identify any participants then Action Duchenne will first put the researchers in contact with the participants clinician. The clinician can then discuss with the participant the clinical trial or treatment being suggested before continuing.

We ask that Clinicians recommend the DMD Registry to participants and contact Action Duchenne for further information.

If you decide to participate in the DMD Registry you will be sent a newsletter informing you about what the DMD Registry is doing, forthcoming research and potential treatments.
